Pleased with the service!
Quick dispatch and delivery. Discreet and secure packaging.

Had to contact support about a faulty item, company issued the refund immediately after I provided the photos. By "immediately" I mean in two minutes after I've sent the email. Very impressed!

Highly recommend.

Honour Watford / Renata
I have been a customer of Honour for a number of years, but not visited for a while. I popped into the Watford store to buy a new pair of leather trousers. Love the trousers, but was even more impressed with the service. Renata was fantastic helping me choose what I wanted and gave honest advice on what looked good on me. I am quite shy about my fetishes and its easy to feel intimidated in these sort of stores, but Renata could not have been more helpful and friendly and made me feel comfortable. She even convinced me to keep the trousers on when I left the shop! Fantastic store/fantastic service!

VERY disappointing experience
VERY disappointing experience. I was a long distance traveller who went to the store.

I purchased an ( understandably) ’ non returnable’ item but when i got home ( 3 hours later) it was demonstrably NOT the size advertised on the website.

I emailed immediately and waited patiently for a reply.I got one two weeks later.

Despite providing a receipt ( for £42.99) and photographic evidence of the item not being the advertised size , neither replacement or full store have been offered.

Supplying something know that doesnt meet the technical spec yet blaming the customer for it not being the right size is remarkable.

Avoid.

10/10 personal shopping at its best
We visited the Watford shop this weekend, and wow! A nicely laid out shop with the whole warehouse behind so if its in stock you can have it, fitting rooms too! Ben was very helpful infact it felt like a very pleasant personal shopping experience. My wife was able to try clothes on in various sizes to find the one that fit best all the time Ben was very chatty and friendly. A word for the warehouse staff too, an order was passed through and within a minute or two there it was. 10/10 Honour very impressed.

Fantastic Repair Job
Grabbed some items from the clearance sale. The catsuit i brought had been previously repaired by them and im happy to say you would never even know this was the case. With latex clothes usually being pretty expensive this is a great way to get some latex for less.

AVOID AT ALL COST!
I have dealt with poor shoddy customer service of this customer for far too long.

In short, this company tries not to follow statutory legislation, particularly Consumer Rights Act 2015 or GDPR.

I have bought the same item from them, that developed the SAME fault; little did they realise other people in my bubble also tried it and the same fault occured.

According to Honour, they state that as I have returned it severalt imes before and it's passed quality control, they would not refund it.

However, I pointed out that actually it is not the customer responsibility to prove the fault, and that any fault that develops within 28 days, the customer is automatically entitled to a refund.

Eventually I did get a "final returns label" after I issued a notice of legal intention email and also requested their legal address / CEO/DIrector details on their webchat.

Consequently I got an email stating that it will be accepted a final time, merely implying that should I purchase this item again, I would not be able to return if it is faulty.

08/04/2021 - following the response to my review by Honour this is my reply to them.

I have placed more than 6 orders during having an account, so I may have returned 6 orders, but that’s not 100% of my orders as you imply. Not all components of the order has been returned either.

The items that were returned are the same items I ordered previously and therefore is reasonable to believe those products are not fit for purpose.

If a product is faulty, it is your legal obligation to pay for the returns!

In regards to my reviews for other companies, that has nothing to do.

The emails themselves are evidential to the poor service received from you.

As for my other reviews that “rubbish” other companies, all my reviews are FACTUAL.

The fact that 1 out of 7 is positive shows that there are companies that do things positively!

It may be disappointing to receive a negative review, perhaps you should alter your poor attitude as demonstrated by the email transcript!

Below is the original email transcription at time of leaving review (personal details omitted):

I hope you're well. I'm just getting in touch about your recent return request for order #------.

As you'd previously returned the Rouge Garments Leather Fly Trap Hood on five occasions with the reason submitted on your RMA being 'faulty', this particular product was quality checked by both the warehouse team and then sent to managerial level to be approved before being shipped to you.

This, along with the Peggy PVC Dress are popular items purchased from our store, and we appear to have had no other issues from customers regarding the quality of these items.

Based on this, it seems that the items which were damaged after their arrival with you were not due to the quality of the items.

I hope you can understand our reasoning for this.

Dear Honour,

Under consumer rights act, products must be fit for purpose, last a
reasonable length of time and be of description.

As the fault has occurred within 28 days, I do NOT have a legal onus
to prove the faults are as a result of a manufacturing defect.

Therefore, by refusal of accepting these faulty goods return you are
in direct contravention of the Consumer Rights Act.

I expect a free returns label to return these faulty items as per my
statutory rights.

I am therefore issuing you a notice of legal intention for direct
contravention of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If a few returns label is not provided, the return not accepted and a
refund not processed, I will look to formalise this whereby you can
explain yourself to a county court.

Any costs incurred in doing so will also form part of the claim
against you and the case will be published on various media outlets
and social outlets.

I trust my position has been made abundantly clear.

I look forward to your response.

On this final occasion, we will be approving your RMA and sending you a free return label.

However, due to the high number of returned items you've deemed to be faulty, it seems that you aren't happy with our range of products, and it may be best for you to make any future purchases elsewhere.

I can see in previous correspondence with our company that you'd asked for your account to be closed, and I'm sorry this wasn't done sooner. I can now confirm this will be dealt with ASAP, and your account will be closed.

As you can clearly see from mine and many other reviews including the 3 star reviews, Honour are nothing more than what I consider to be cowboys!

Avoid them at all cost!
